beef stew for a simple meal

or simply known as daging masak kicap
the Ingredients:

Oyster Sauce: only a dash of it is needed

black pepper sauce

chopped chillies, if you like it HOT

sliced meat (or leftover from meat cuts)

honey for the sweet taste

sweet soy sauce

mint leaves (optional)

ground black pepper

how to Cook it:
  1. mix one cup of meat with ground black pepper. if you like it hot, add 2 spoons. if not, just 1 spoon is enough
  2. add the oyster sauce (just a bit), black pepper sauce dan sweet soy sauce.
  3. add 2 spoons of honey and stir evenly. add a handful of cauliflower, sliced (optional).
  4. marinate the meat for 5 minutes.
  5. cook with microwave oven for 4 mins (at most). add chopped chillies and stir. garnish with mint leaves (optional). Siap!

Just Notes:
this recipe is very simple and suitable for bachelor like me. when eaten with hot rice, YUM! it is a favourite for its sweet and hot taste :)

Homemade Pizza - Quick and Easy Style

anything goes Topping :)

the Ingredient:

Cayenne pepper powder for hotness in taste

nando's sauce, for that edgy taste

frankfurter sliced

cheese slice

wheat bread, sliced

sliced broccoli (optional)

sliced capsicum

chopped coriander leaves (optional)

grated parmesan

mixed herbs

sliced tomato
cubed pineapples

canned peas, deshelled

how to prepare:
  1. put the cheese slice as the base of bread topping.
  2. add anything else from sliced frankfurter, peas, pineapples, capsicum etc
  3. top the topping with chopped leaves and grated parmesan.
  4. bake using microwave for 3 minutes.
  5. serve hot with Nando's sauce. siap!

JJCM: lamanya...

...tak explore resipi-resipi baru..

dapur pun, sekejap berasap, sekejap tak payah. tadi lunch kat Red Wok, mmg boleh tak tahan dengan rege dia tapi jiwa dah meracun nak makan prawn butter, so just go with it la biarpun sesat-sesat semua. yg best, makan x abis, seronok menapau eh.

kalau nak mengorder lebih awal, bleh visit http://redwok.files.wordpress.com/2012/07/red-wok-menu.pdf tapi kitorang tadi sampai dah jam 1.30 gitu, makan 20 minit siap tapau. tapi standard la lepas raya bajet manusia tak banyak. tunggu la hari gaji september nanti.. baru tau redwok tu besar tak besar.
