Baked Meatballs - Makan Sedap Owh


Bahan-Bahan:
  • 40 biji meatballs Marina
  • mashed potato powder secawan
  • full cream milk 200ml
  • lada hitam
  • 1/2 kiub ayam
  • sos tiram
  • Prego Carbonara sauce
  • cheddar cheese
  • parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs
  • garam secukupnya
  • 1 sudu butter
  • cendawan butang dihiris 1/2 tin
  • 1/2 capsicum hijau didadu kecil
  • 1/2 bawang holland didadu kecil

Cara-cara:
  1. Cairkan 1 sudu butter dalam kuali. masukkan meatballs. tambah air sehingga hapus separuh meatballs.
  2. tambah sos tiram dan lada hitam secukupnya.
  3. masukkan bawang holland dan kacau.
  4. apabila air kering dan meatballs kekuningan, tutup api dan angkat.
  5. dalam kuali berasingan, masukkan sos Carbonara. campurkan fresh milk 100 ml dan sesudu kecil mixed herbs.
  6. tambahkan kiub ayam, garam dan lada hitam. 
  7. masukkan hirisan cendawan butang dan kacau sehingga pekat. tutup api.
  8. dalam mangkuk adunan, campurkan mashed potato powder dengan fresh milk 100 ml dan air panas. tambah sedikit garam dan lada hitam jika mahu. kacau rata.
  9. masukkan meatballs dalam foil. tabur capsicum secukupnya. 
  10. letak lapisan mashed potato. kemudian lapiskan dengan sos Carbonara. tabur cheese dan parsley flakes.
  11. bakar dalam oven selama 18-20 minit atau bila cheese garing.
  12. hidangkan!

Nota:
  • jika tiada mashed potato powder, boleh gantikan dengan kentang rebus yang dibelah 4 dan masukkan sebelum lapisan Sos Carbonara.
  • jenama meatballs yang sedap: Marina atau Arzmy. mahal tapi berbaloi.
  • kalau nak gantikan butter dengan minyak zaitun pun boleh.

Meatballs Sos Lada Hitam - Nikmat Atas Dunia!


Bahan-Bahan:
4 sudu buttercup
20 biji meatballs (jenama Azmy dan Marina best!)
3 sudu sos tiram
3 sudu lada hitam kisar kasar
200 ml susu segar
2 sudu tepung gandum
3 biji cendawan butang dicincang halus
1/2 biji bawang holland dicincang halus
1/2 kiub ayam
1 sudu kicap

½ sudu mixed herbs secukupnya 
1/2 batang lobak
brokoli
2 biji kentang sederhana besar direbus

Cara-cara:
1. Defrost meatballs dulu.
2. Cairkan 1 ½  sudu butter dalam kuali.
3. Masukkan meatballs dan tambah air sehingga meatballs separuh tenggelam.
4. Tambah 1 sudu sos tiram dan 1 sudu lada hitam.
5. Kacau. Tutup api bila air kering dan meatballs nampak keemasan (caramelized).
6. Dalam kuali yang lain, cairkan 2 ½ sudu butter.
7. Tumis bawang sampai layu.
8. Masukkan 2 sudu lada hitam. jika suka pedas, boleh tambah lagi semahumu.
9. Masukkan susu dan tepung gandum. Kacau sehingga sebati.
10. Tambah 2 sudu sos tiram, kicap dan kiub ayam.
11. Masukkan cendawan butang yang telah dicincang.
12. Masukkan mixed herbs dan kacau.
13. Setelah sos pekat, tutup api.
14. Potong lobak dan brokoli hampir sama besar.
15. Stimkan lobak dan brokoli sehingga hampir layu.

16. Potong kentang rebus kepada 6 bahagian.
17. Hidangkan.

Nota:
1. Bawang yang ditumis pastikan tidak terlalu garing kerana nanti akan sebabkan kuah rasa pahit sikit.
2. sekiranya suka sos cair, boleh tambah sedikit air. jika suka lagi pekat, tambah sedikit tepung jagung yang telah dilarutkan.
3. kalau nak guna kuali yang sama bagi meatballs untuk masak sos pun boleh sebab base dia sama je.
4. saya guna microwave untuk stim sayur. pastikan masukkan sayur tu bersama sedikit air ke dalam microwave selama 2 minit agar sayur jadi crunchy.
5. kentang boleh distim guna microwave selama 5 minit. masukkan sedikit air sehingga tenggelam separuh kentang tu supaya dia tak kering.
6. kalau nak sayur tu tak rasa tawar, boleh tabur Ajishio atau serbuk perasa.

Makaroni Bakar (sama dia!)

Ingredient:

2 biji bawang besar
3 sudu serbuk Kari
secawan susu Cair
250g makaroni yg telah direbus dgn Secubit Garam, sesudu teh minyak Zaitun
4 sudu Sos Spagetti Kimball
sebungkus daging kisar
sesudu sos tiram
sesudu teh Secukup rasa
sesudu teh lada hitam
3 sudu sos tomato
3 sudu sos cili
serbuk oregano

5 biji telur
4 keping Kepingan keju
2 Sudu serbuk Keju i-Mukmin
grated Mozzarella & cheddar
Sesudu teh concentrated chicken stock
Sepeket serbuk mushroom soup

Cara-caranya :

1. tumis bawang yg telah didadu
2. masukkan Serbuk Kari dan Kacau sampai pecah minyak
3. masukkan daging, sos Sos semua + Lada hitam + secukup rasa
4. tambah oregano dan Serbuk Keju
5. Bila daging garing, masukkan Makaroni dan Susu Cair
6. Kacau atas api yg sederhana. CampUr serbuk mushroom soup Dan tutup api bila sebati

1. pecahkan telur dan pukul rata
2. tambah Concentrated chicken Stock
3. kacau

1. sapukan minyak di dasar Loyang
2. masukkan adunan daging separuh tinggi Loyang
3. Susun kepingan keju di atas adunan daging
4. Ratakan adunan daging menutupi keju
5. Tabur grated cheese sekata
6. Tuang adunan telur sekata dari atas ke bawah Iapisan adunan daging
7. Bakar dalam oven api atas bawah Selama lebih 30 minit
8. Hidang dgn Sos cili jika mahu

(Derek) Shepherd's Pie: senangnya mak oi

the Ingredients:

5 sudu Mashed Potato powder
Susu Ideal/susu tepung/susu kotak dalam 3 sudu gitu
Lada sulah secukup rasa
 Air panas sikit

Daging cincang satu bungkus
tomato 3 biji di blend
tepung gandum 2 sudu dilarutkan dengan air
1 tsp lada sulah atau lebih
1 sudu sos tiram (optional)
2 sudu sos tomato
2 sudu sos cili
2 sudu serbuk kari (atau lebih)
sebiji bawang besar dipotong dadu
minyak menumis
garam secukup rasa
2 sudu sos spageti Kimball (optional)
serbuk oregano secukup rasa


lobak merah disagat kasar sebiji

cheese topping: mozarella, grated cheese etc

serbuk parsley

Cara-cara Memasak:
1. Tumis bawang sampai Wangi
2. Masukkan daging cincang
3. Kacau dengan serbuk Kari, Garam, lada sulah
4. Bila daging da garing, Masukkan sos tomato, Cili + tiram
5. Masukkan sos spagetti dan tomato blend
6. Bila sebati dan air telah kering, Masukkan bancuhan gandum
7. Tutup api bila Masakan daging dirasa tidak begitu berair. Tambahkan lobak parut dan Gaul.

1. Campur tepung mashed potato dgn air panas. Utk lebihkan rasa Iemak berkrim, air panas cuma sedikit dan lebihkan SusU sejat
2. Tambah lada sulah Dan gaul sebati

1. Preheat oven ikut kepanasan Yg sesuai bagi masakan pie
2. Mampatkan adunan daging dalam bekas kaserol. Tekan tekan sikit
3. Ratakan adunan kentang lenyek atas daging dan tekan2 
4. Tabur grated cheese seadanya sahaja.
5. Sprinkle parsley flakes

Bakar utk 20 minit jika Mau juicy, 25 minit jika suka yg Crispy ya

Makan dgn sos cili atau chili flakes :)

Nota:
♡ Tak Perlu guna air Sgt sebab air carrot akan bantu lembutkan adunan daging.
♥ Mashed potato boleh buat cara tradisional but I'm always first in line for shortcuts,  hehe
♡ mashed potato x perlu garam atau perasa kecuali susu untuk rs lemak berkrim. Lagipun topping cheese tu da cukup memberi perasa. 
♥ sos tiram dan lada sulah actually pelakon tambahan dalam adunan daging. Sebab ida suka guna ni everytime masak yg berdaging. Hobi.
♡ cheese jgn banyak sgt sebab nanti masin. Unless lapisan mash potato tebal sgt. Then u need la.
♥ ratio yg best ialah lapisan daging 2 kali ganda mashed, and cheese is less than half of mashed potato
♡ mashed potato covers meat like a proper hijab, cheese gratins cover mashed potato like gedik hijabistas. got what I mean?

update:

once dah biasa buat boleh la reka macam2 topping. but the basic is simple, layer bawah daging, tengah mashed potato dan atas topping cheese sesuka hati..

Vege Wrap - Diet owh!





the Ingredients:

tortilla wraps

Mayo Spread


Grounded Black Pepper



Nachos, crushed into bits

chopped salad

tomato, sliced

pickled olives, sliced

BBQ sauce (optional)

Cheese Slice, torn into small pieces

Cold Cuts (optional)

Sliced Cucumber (optional)


Sliced Capsicum (optional)

Sliced Carrots (optional



Sliced Onions (Optional)
How to Prepare it:

  1. heat the tortilla wrap in the oven for 30 seconds
  2. spread the mayo on the unheated side. garnish with bbq sauce
  3. arrange all the salad, vege, crushed nachos and cold cuts into the wrap
  4. sprinkle ground black pepper and season with a spoonful of olive oil (optional)
  5. sprinkle cheese powder or cheese slice torn in small pieces
  6. roll the wrap and serve!

Homemade Pizza - Quick and Easy Style

anything goes Topping :)

the Ingredient:

Cayenne pepper powder for hotness in taste

nando's sauce, for that edgy taste

frankfurter sliced

cheese slice

wheat bread, sliced

sliced broccoli (optional)

sliced capsicum

chopped coriander leaves (optional)

grated parmesan

mixed herbs

sliced tomato
cubed pineapples

canned peas, deshelled

how to prepare:
  1. put the cheese slice as the base of bread topping.
  2. add anything else from sliced frankfurter, peas, pineapples, capsicum etc
  3. top the topping with chopped leaves and grated parmesan.
  4. bake using microwave for 3 minutes.
  5. serve hot with Nando's sauce. siap!

Easy Peasy Mashed Potato

scrumptious homemade mashed potato

the Ingredients:
A dash of Mixed Herbs

a handful Crinkle Cut chips, a straight cut also can

a dash of chicken granule

a bit of salt (optional)
a dash of ground black pepper
chopped fresh herbs: mint/basil/rosemary (optional)


How to Cook:
  1. add plain water to a cup of crinkle/straight cut potato. amount of water is depending on how moist (or lembik) you want your mashed potato to be. boil or microwaved for 2 mins.
  2. strain a bit of the water if you want your mashed potato to be thick. mash the chips with spoon so it became a soft texture. if u like, you can spare a few chips from being smashed entirely so that it will be of different texture.
  3. add mixed herbs, black pepper, chicken granule and some salt (optional) or chopped fresh herbs (optional) and stir evenly. it's done!
Serving: depends on how much fries you mashed

Preparation time: 3 mins at most.

Note:
i discover this recipe one fine night when i felt hungry with nothing much left in the fridge to cook for a proper meal. with some crinkle cut fries left, instead of frying (unhealthy owh!), i turned it into a filling impromptu snack. as usual, i substitute salt with chicken granule. if you like, you can add a topping of potato gravy (you have to cook it la), but to have this mashed potato on its own is enough to tide you over until your next proper meal.
